Perception coming and going
Cups are stacked on top of each other.
Their appearance is a bit strange. Why are cups stacked up and why do they suddenly exist in our lives?
Moreover, they look a little unstable.
But they are beautiful standing there quietly and stably.
Now, put a flower in it gently.
Then it becomes unclear whether it is a stack of cups or a vase.
It could be a stack of cups with flowers in them, or it could be a vase of such shape.
The perception of the flowers comes and goes between the cups and the vase, and it is interesting to feel the sense of loving the flowers with a perception that has nowhere to go.
The contrast between the organic shape of the flower and the geometrical irregularity of the vase is a nice contrast that enhances the beauty of the flower.
行き来する認識
コップが積み重なっている。
その姿は、少し不思議だ。なぜコップが積み重なって、我々の暮らしに突然存在しているのか？
しかも、少し不安定に見える。
しかし、静かに安定を保って佇んでいるその姿は美しい。
そこに、そっと花を活けてみる。
すると、積み重なったコップなのか、花瓶なのかが不明瞭になる。
積み重なったコップに花を活けてあるとも思えるし、そういう形の花瓶とも思える。
認識はコップと花瓶の間を行き来し、所在無くふわりと宙に浮いたままの認識で花を愛でる感覚が面白い。
花の有機的な形と花器の幾何学的ないびつさがコントラスとなり、花の美しさを引き立てるのも良い。
